The Platform assists authorized creators, analysts, and organizations in preparing, formatting, rendering, and publishing educational and digital content to connected social platforms.
This policy describes what data we process, why we need it, how it is safeguarded, and how you can exercise your privacy rights, including requesting full data deletion.
1. Information We Process
We believe in strict data minimization. We only collect and process information reasonably necessary to provide our content automation and publishing features:
- Account & Authorization Data: When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok or Facebook), we receive official OAuth credentials: encrypted access tokens, refresh tokens, unique platform account identifiers (e.g., TikTok OpenID, Facebook Page ID), and public display names.
- Content & Publishing Data: Media files (vertical 9:16 video renders, charts, infographics), captions, hashtags, scheduled timestamps, and publishing confirmation statuses required to deliver content to your accounts.
- Technical & Diagnostic Logs: Timestamps of publishing attempts, API response codes, error traces, and system health metrics used to diagnose failures, maintain security, and prevent abuse.
- Support Communications: Inquiries, bug reports, and emails sent directly to our support contacts.
What We Never Collect: We never collect, see, or store your personal passwords for TikTok, Facebook, or any connected accounts. All logins occur exclusively on the official, secure authorization dialogs of the respective platforms.
2. Third-Party Integrations & Platform Specifics
A. TikTok Developer API Integration
RizzFeed connects to TikTok via official TikTok Developer APIs (such as the TikTok Content Posting API and Video Kit).
- Permissions Requested: We only request scopes necessary to identify the authorized creator account (user.info.basic) and upload/publish approved educational video clips (video.publish, video.upload).
- Use of TikTok Data: Data retrieved from TikTok is used solely to authenticate your session and confirm that requested videos are successfully posted to your authorized account. We never use TikTok data for advertising, profiling, or sharing with external brokers.
- Compliance: Our use of TikTok APIs strictly complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service and App Review Guidelines.
B. Meta / Facebook Graph API Integration
For authorized Facebook Pages, we interact exclusively through the official Meta Graph API.
- Data Processed: Page Names, Page IDs, and page access tokens granted through the standard Facebook Login flow.
- Use: Used strictly to identify authorized pages and syndicate financial market graphics, reports, and updates.
- Compliance: Complies with Meta Platform Terms and Facebook Developer Policies.
3. How We Use Information
We process information exclusively for the following functional purposes:
- Authenticating your account connection upon your explicit consent.
- Formatting, scheduling, and publishing requested video clips and graphics.
- Checking delivery statuses and providing real-time publishing verification.
- Detecting system errors, diagnosing API failures, and ensuring platform security.
- Responding to your direct support and compliance requests.
4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.
Information is shared only under the following limited circumstances:
- With the Destination Platforms: Video files, captions, and scheduling instructions are transmitted to TikTok or Meta APIs at your explicit direction to perform the requested publishing actions.
- Infrastructure Providers: We use secure infrastructure services (such as Cloudflare for DDoS protection, SSL encryption, and Pages hosting) that process network traffic on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
- Legal Compliance: If required by valid legal process or applicable law in Nepal or governing jurisdictions.
5. Storage, Security & Token Retention
We employ robust technical and organizational safeguards:
- Encryption in Transit: All web traffic and API calls are secured using TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
- Encryption at Rest: OAuth tokens and sensitive configuration parameters are stored encrypted with industry standard AES-256.
- Access Restriction: Token access is strictly restricted to automated backend execution runners.
- Retention Period: We retain tokens and operational logs only for as long as your account remains actively connected. If you disconnect an account or request deletion, all associated tokens and operational records are purged.
6. Data Deletion Instructions & Revoking Access
You have complete control over your data and connected accounts at all times. You can revoke permissions or request complete deletion of any stored records using either of the following methods:
Option 1: Revoke Access Directly in Platform Settings
- For TikTok: Open the TikTok mobile app → go to Profile → tap the menu icon (☰) → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → select RizzFeed → tap Remove access. This immediately halts all API access for our app.
- For Facebook / Meta: Log into Facebook → go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Lagani Club / RizzFeed → click Remove.
Option 2: Request Server-Side Deletion of Stored Records
To permanently purge all stored account identifiers, OAuth tokens, and publishing logs from our databases:
- Send an email to: premkc163@gmail.com
- Subject line: “Data Deletion Request - RizzFeed”
- Provide your connected channel/page name or account identifier (do not send passwords).
Processing Timeframe: We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and permanently delete all associated stored records within 7 business days.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is designed for creators and organizations of legal age (18 years or older) and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our features, API versions, or regulatory guidelines. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
